Indoor Cycle classes are open to any student of Nanook Rec member. This is a group fitness class. The instructor will provide music, technique tips and motivation for you to ride like the wind. You can make it as hard or easy as you would like, no one is keeping score. But you will sweat! And smile.
The Indoor Cycle Studio is located on the second floor of the ice arena, tucked behind the vending machines. Enter through the bottom floor and head up the bleachers.
