Make your voice count! Join the Associated Students of the University of Alaska Fairbanks (ASUAF) for our Voter Registration Drive and get ready to participate in upcoming elections.
Whether you're registering for the first time, updating your registration after moving, or checking that your voter information is current, ASUAF representatives will be available to help guide you through the process and answer your questions.
Voting is one of the most important ways to make your voice heard on issues that affect our campus, community, and state. Stop by, get registered, and take the first step toward making a difference!
What You'll Need to Register to Vote in Alaska:
You must be a U.S. citizen.
You must be at least 18 years old on or before Election Day (you may preregister if you are 16 or 17).
You must be an Alaska resident.
You must provide your Alaska Driver's License or Alaska State ID number. If you do not have one, you can still register by providing the last four digits of your Social Security number.
If you are registering in person, bringing a government-issued photo ID or another form of identification with your name and current address is recommended if needed to verify your information.
No appointment is necessary—just stop by, get registered, and be ready to vote!
Questions? Visit the ASUAF table during the event, and we'll be happy to help.
